Tools are access to ChatGPT for non-beverage marketing enquiries and BevGPT (automatically) for beverage marketing enquiries. BevGPT accesses all of our models and databases to respond to enquiries.

Models are our specific prompts with combinations of databases, market research, rubrics, persona sets, and market models that undertake very specific beverage marketing related research, building business cases, and market entry or development planning and modelling.

Power-ups are available on a monthly basis to allow Business Tier users to test and/or use of the most powerful models available only on the Premium Tier on an activation-by-activation basis. There is no limit on the number of time a Business Tier user can ‘Power-up’.

We partner with a number of industry bodies and Associations to provide cheaper access to members as well as free member training events.

BevGPT and ChatGPT

We provide access to ChatGPT - BevSage has all of the capability and power of ChatGPT to support all of your general LLM/AI requirements beyond the benefits of BevSage. run any query you want from within the same system you are logged into for all your market research support. Simply enter your enquiry and go! Interact with the AI exactly as you would on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

BevGPT is contained within the ChatGPT tool. Enter an enquiry about beverage marketing and sales and you are automatically redirected to our RAG system where we automatically attach the correct additional data to support your prompting. Additional data is chosen from market research, market structure, personas (trade, on/off- trade, DTC, and tourism consumers, storytelling models, and consumption occasions. Our market research includes specific modules for wine, beer, spirits (including detailed breakdown by specific category for 11 priority markets), RTDs and hard drinks, low/no, mixers, and tourism.

This implementation is a powerful combination of your existing AI use cases with powering up with RAG augmentation of your beverage marketing and sales enquiries.

RAG is short for Retrieval-Augmented Generation. It is a way of working with large language models, such as ChatGPT, where relevant information is retrieved from documents, databases, knowledge bases or other sources and added to the prompt before the model generates an answer. This gives the model better context and helps it produce responses that are more specific, grounded and useful and less likely to be hallucinated. In practice, RAG allows existing research and internal knowledge to form the basis for deeper, more meaningful enquiry.

As an example, in our story-telling models we attach a database containing over 150 different story themes and a consumption occasion model as well as instructions for evaluating story-telling. When an evaluation of story-telling is prepared, this access to existing storylines means that LLM spends its time identifying and enhancing the existing storylines, rather than making its own up. The benefit is a much richer, individual response, compared to the rather mundane story ideas and hallucinated options that the LLM would create for itself without the additional data support.

This model contains our custom tools for creating and evaluating your UVP/USP. In addition to custom workflows, these models have access to web scraping, and databases containing over 150 storylines, a category entry point framework, a regional brand value framework, and a pitch evaluation rubric. The tools in this model are:

  • Pitch evaluation. This is a tool in which you enter your pitch and BevSage scores the pitch, restructures it into the form “I help X achieve Y by doing Z”, provides a “We are special because” statement and improvement suggestions. You can then interact with the model to improve your pitch.

  • UVP review (website). Compare your view of your UVP to what your website says - how do they compare. If they are different, which is wrong? Interact with the tool to refine your UVP/USP.

  • UVP review (Global). Compare your view of your UVP to what your website says - how do they compare. If they are different, which is wrong? Why does the world think that is your UVP? Do further exploration in the tool to find out. This one takes a bit of time - we are searching widely to find your global perceived UVP.

  • Business type. Understand your business type and resultant improvement opportunities.
