Mentoring
Start working with our coaches for a regular hour a month, every month. Great for maintaining access to an external voice and supporting your efforts via our experience and access to advanced AI tools.

Steve Goodman (maybe)
Steve was a Partner with Souter & Goodman Wine Marketing where he worked with SME Wineries in South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia to design and implement strategies for direct marketing, B2B marketing and cellar door activity. He co-founded WINEPAGES (now Daily Wine News).
He is Associate professor of Marketing at Adelaide University specialising in direct to consumer, low adn no alcohol, consumer choice, and narrative transportation.

Paul van der Lee (maybe)
Paul has a focus on wine business success in export markets, wine business growth, and marketing.
Paul was part of the team that developed adn delivered the Growing Wine Exports program that saw over 750 wine professionals trained in export market entry. Paul has led export for the South Australian Wine Industry Association (SAWIA), been CEO of Mitchelton Wines, adn led policy at the Winemakers Federation of Australia (now Australian Grape and Wine).

Phil is a wine consultant, educator and judge, and the principal of Phil Reedman Master of Wine Pty Ltd. He has worked in the wine industry for more than 39 years, with experience across grape picking, winemaking, retailing, importing, wine buying, blending, brand development and wine education.
Phil has worked with wineries, importers and retailers, including on wine production, strategy, communication, market access, wine buying and education across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North America and the UK.

Liz Schoen
Liz works with wineries and industry partners on sales, distribution, marketing strategy, and resetting their sales and marketing plans, then stay accountable for implementation.
Schoen brings more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian wine industry, with a particular focus on helping wine businesses succeed in domestic and international markets. She also contributes to wine business education as a casual lecturer in the University of Adelaide’s Master of Wine Business, teaching domestic and international wine market development.
